Requirements

  • Copy of CNIC (Original Seen by the bank’s official), Copy of NTN Certificate.
  • A proprietorship letter or partnership deed or latest form 29 or search report as applicable
  • Copies of last 3 years Income Tax returns filed in the business name, if applicable
  • Copies of last 3 years Income Tax and Wealth Tax returns / statements filed for partners/ proprietor/ directors, if applicable
  • Last 12 months Bank’s statement.
  • A copy of Business Registration Certificate, if any.
  • Financial Statements for the last 3 years signed as per SBP PRs.
  • Membership Certificate from Chamber of Commerce & Industry Duly completed BBFS – on SE format.
  • If documents are in the personal name of the borrower a Proprietorship Account should be opened at initiating Branch & facility should be booked in the name of Proprietorship.
  • Financial Statements for the last three years signed as per Prudential Regulations.
  • Certified copies of Memorandum & Articles of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Commencement of Business, Latest list of Directors on Form 29 and ‘A’ issued by the Registrar of Joint Stock Company / Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in the case of the Private Ltd Concern.
  • Copy of list of directors duly attested by the company secretary with CNIC number and specimen signature of each director (in case of Pvt.& Public Ltd. Cos.) .
