The Relationship Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing the SME lending portfolio, and generating new business by identifying opportunities in the market. This role involves assisting in building a profitable SME asset portfolio, ensuring timely loan processing, and providing high-quality customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Major Responsibilities
- Attract new clients and prepare credit proposals based on financial needs.
- Ensure smooth loan processing, compliance, and timely documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address inquiries promptly.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and propose solutions.
- Support senior management in presenting credit proposals and expanding business.
- nalyze financials to assess repayment capacity using SME insights.
Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates having experience in financial institutions will be preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Require a Bachelor’s degree and up to 3 years of SME banking experience.
Work experience
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience of financial institutions is highly preferred.
