As the Head of Digital Strategy, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and driving the digital lending business of the organization. This role will involve developing and executing comprehensive digital lending strategies, identifying innovative solutions, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance PFSL’s digital lending business and drive customer engagement.

Major Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust digital lending strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Lead the digital lending business of PFSL, identifying opportunities to leverage digital technologies for improved customer experiences and operational efficiencies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance PFSL’s digital capabilities.
- Identify key partnerships with digital platforms existing in the market and create opportunity of business in collaboration with the PFSL business team.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, ensuring the development of customer-centric digital strategies.
- Identify consumer preferences for the digital channels and device a strategy for PFSL consumer channels for loan origination
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of digital initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Oversee the implementation of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and effective change management.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, promoting experimentation and continuous improvement in digital initiatives.
- Manage relationships with regulators and government institutions to ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines and Parwaaz’s digital initiative.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Work experience
- Minimum of 10 years of total experience with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in leading digital strategy and delivering transformations within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of delivering digital initiatives that drive business growth.
